During the month of December, the Big Red Arrow will take a "victory lap" to the many locations it visited throughout the year. The Arrow is the popular symbol of the year-long Indianapolis: 2005 celebration, pointing the way to spectacular cultural offerings at area museums, attractions, and performing arts venues.
